TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) – The winners of the second annual Davoud Rashidi Awards, which was launched by late actor Davoud Rashidi’s family to honor cultural figures with outstanding achievements, were announced during a ceremony at Tehran’s Sangelaj Hall on Saturday.
Sanglaj Theater played host to the second edition of Davoud Rashidi Awards on Saturday. The names of the winners were announced at the end of the session.
Tehran’s Mostaghel Art Gallery has opened its doors to a new exhibition showcasing photographs and posters about the late Iranian actor Davoud Rashidi. The show which marks the 81st birthday anniversary of Rahsidi will wrap up on 23 July.
TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) – An exhibition of personal handwritings, awards, books and photos of actor Davoud Rashidi opened at Tehran’s City Theater Complex on the actor’s birthday on Sunday.
Marking the 84th birthday of Davoud Rashidi, an exhibition was held at the City Theatre in tribute to the late Iranian actor.
Culture Minister Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri, Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Ali Moradkhani, Lawmaker Ahmad Mazeni, Tehran City Council Ahmad Masjed Jamei, Director of Veteran Artists Institute Seyed Abbas Azimi as well as veteran actors and actresses such as Ali Nasirian, Sirous Ebrahimzadeh, Marzieh Broumand, Ali Mosafa, Ali Dehkordi and Amir Esbati were in attendance.
The ceremony was moderated by daughter Leyla Rashidi, who also cut a birthday cake in memory of her father.
