TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) – “The Switchman”, an animation directed by Mehdi Khorramian at Iran’s Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC), won the Signor Rossi Award at the Rimini Cartoon Club in Italy on Sunday, the DEFC announced on Monday.
