TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) – The Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research in Tehran has selected French writer Victor Hugo’s celebrated novel “Les Misérables” for the Hasht Behesht Book Reading Contest.
Les Misérables musical has gone on stage at Tehran’s Espinas Palace Hotel. Hossein Parsaei is behind the new production. The play is a sung-through musical based on the 1862 novel of the same name by French poet and novelist Victor Hugo.
