Composer, Santur player and arranger Ardavan Kamkar, a member of the Kamkars ensemble, performed a concert on the third night of Fajr Music Festival at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall. He was accompanied by the Contemporary (Moaser) Santur Players Group.
