A funeral was held in Tehran on Wednesday morning for Ali Moradkhani, director of the Music Museum of Iran. He passed away on Monday at the age of 63 after weeks of battle with COVID-19.
TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) – The director of the Music Museum of Iran, Ali Moradkhani, passed away on Monday at the age of 63 after weeks of battle with COVID-19. He was the head of Tehran’s Museum of Music at the time of his death.
Organized by director Marzieh Boroumand, a special ceremony was held by the theater community at the Book House of Tehran University to honor former Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Ali Moradkhani. New Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini attended the ceremony.
A magical birthday party was thrown for veteran artists born in Autumn in Tehran. Former Deputy Culture Minister Ali Moradkhani was also honored during the national event.
Deputy Culture Minister for Art Affairs Ali Moradkhani watched the rehearsal of new play Oliver Twist in Tehran. Charles Dickens’ masterpiece is directed by Hossein Parsaei.
