The biennial event displays logos, corporate trademarks, posters, covers, illustrations, package designs, animated graphics, promotional items, web designs, infographics and typefaces, among other fields of graphic design, Honaronline reported.
“Over 500 works by 226 members of the society are participating in the exhibition,” Farzad Adibi, a member, said.
The works will be judged by Dec. 26 by IGDS members.
The concluding ceremony of the biennial is slated for Jan. 5 at Tehran’s Museum of Contemporary Arts where winners will be awarded the Silver Cypress statuette and diploma of honor. A book collection is also considered for a young winner.
