-Ahmad Bahrami has been selected as best director at the 26th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. He received his award for his Iranian drama “The Wastetown” on Sunday during the closing ceremony of the festival in Estonia.
-Iranian short film 'The Painter of Fish' by Asghar Besharati won two awards at the Filminute 2022 in the UK.
-The movie entitled “The Stranger” has been produced at the Owj Arts and Media Organization by Mohammad-Hossein Latifi, director of the acclaimed war film “The Third Day”.
-The acclaimed Iranian drama “Scent of Wind” has won the Silver Balloon (Montgolfière d’Argent) award of the 44th edition of the Festival des 3 Continents in Nantes, France.
-Iranian movies ''A Minor'' and ''World War III'' are competing in the 53rd edition of the International Film Festival of India underway in Goa.
-Iranian films 'No End' and 'Nargesi' were awarded at the 53rd International Film Festival of India.

Theater
-Two plays Killer Horses and unripe fig seeds were introduced to Fajr Regional Theater Festival as selected works of the 33rd Fars Theater Festival.
-The closing ceremony of 27th Tehran Province Theater Festival was held in Pardis.
-Kazem Nazari talked at the closing ceremony of the 34th East Azerbaijan Provincial Theater Festival, which was held in Marand city.
Music
-Crafting and playing the Oud, jointly represented by Iran and Syria, has been registered on the global list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity during the 17th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.

-“Cultural Anthropology: A Global Perspective” by American anthropologist Raymond Scupin has been published in Persian.
-“Public Diplomacy: Foundations for Global Engagement in the Digital Age” by Nicholas J. Cull has been published in Persian. Masud Mirzaei is the translator of the 2019 book published by the Juyandeh publishing house.
-UNESCO announces Yazd’s Sadoughi House and Zarch Qanat as the winner of awards in Cultural Heritage Conservation.
-A bust of famous Iranian 13th-century poet Saadi has been unveiled in a public park in Nanjing, the capital of China’s eastern Jiangsu province.
