The chapter of concluding memorandums of understanding between the Deputy Minister of Arts and the General Departments of Islamic Culture and Guidance of the provinces in 2020 to support art in the provinces began with Sistan and Balouchestan. The memorandum was signed in the presence of Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini, Deputy Minister of Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and Hossein Mesgarani, Director General of Islamic Culture and Guidance of Sistan and Balouchestan.
Hosseini said that "One of the things that can be considered in the provinces is the landscaping approaches and it is necessary to pay attention to the artistic talents and capacities in each state in accordance with the cultural and social conditions for the promotion of art in each individual province. Part of this support for the provinces is the support of festivals, but the number of art festivals in the country is also high. Therefore, it is necessary to spend the same limited budget in such a way that it has lasting effects, or instead of some festivals in the provinces, it carried out more effective alternative programs and activities".
Hamid Ghobadi Executive advisor of the deputy Arts also said "This year, with the opinion of the specialized departments of the Deputy Minister of Arts, the deputy's support programs for the artistic activities of the provinces were codified, and this year the provincial activities will be supported according to the memorandum of understanding".
In signing the Memorandum of Understanding with the General Directorate of Islamic Culture and Guidance of Sistan and Baluchestan, General Managers of Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Music Office, Planning and Art Education department and the Planning and Strategic Supervision Advisor of the Deputy Minister of Arts, attended.
