The second edition of Show of Hands Festival is underway at the Niavaran Cultural Complex. Improvised music by various groups and artists using different instruments are being played in the five-day event until 6 September. Musical improvisation is the creative activity of immediate musical composition, which combines performance with communication of emotions and instrumental technique as well as spontaneous response to other musicians.
