Among 11 countries from across the world Sixty-eight storytellers are selected and scheduled to join the festival. 4287 storytellers, including instructors, teenagers and grandparents have been participated in the competition.
During the festival the festival which ends up on February 19, Elvia Ines Perez Napoles a Cuban writer and narrator recites her stories along with two Iranians at Tehran's Afghan immigrants school.
Speeches by Dr. Norbert Kuber from German and Akram Qasempur and a workshop by Indonesian writer Murti Bunanta will be as a part of the event.
The goal of the festival is to promote storytelling tradition among all generation.
