The program is scheduled to begin on Tuesday by introducing a Ukrainian translation of “London 1939”, a poetry collection by Iranian writer Alireza Bahrami, the institute announced on Sunday.
In addition, a Persian translation of well-known Ukrainian writer Ivan Nechuy’s 1878 novel “Kaidash’s Family” will be unveiled.
Several scholars are scheduled to make speeches during the program, which will continue on Friday with an exhibition of photos by Alireza Bahrami titled “Kiev: the City of Revolution and Life”.
The program will come to an end during a meeting with Ukrainian Ambassador Sergei Burdylyak on September 2.
The program will be organized in collaboration with the Embassy of Ukraine and the Tehran-based Aradman Publications to celebrate the 27th anniversary of Ukrainian independence.
