Alexander Solomonov, Programming Director of International Film Festivals and Producer said the ground is properly paved for co-producing films and animation between Iran and Russia.
He reiterated Russian Filmmakers’ Union is one of the most important cinematic association comprising over 5,000 active members.
“I believe that our presence in the 41st FIFF is a unique opportunity to get closer to Iranian cinema industry and improve our cooperation in the field of cinema and animation,” he added.
Commenting on his previous trip to Iran, he added that Russian Filmmakers’ Union is promoting two broad projects in the Eurasian region, comprising the Academy of Eurasian Filmmakers and the Caspian Sea Filmmakers Summit.
“We are very happy to cooperate with Iran in these two projects,” the Russian producer said.
Amini, for his part, voiced the readiness of Iran to cooperate with Russian in the field of Film Festivals.
Commenting on Iranian cinema experience in the fields of children, Amini underscored that Iran enjoys great experience in the fields of children cinema.
