Servant, a 9-minute animation with no dialogue, is about an ennui-stricken writer whose suicidal thoughts are stopped by a cockroach. Instead of following his first impulse to kill it, he lets the insect live and grow in order to use it as his servant. As time passes, power shifts imperceptibly between them until it is unclear when the servant became master.
The movie won the Best Animation award at the 33rd Tehran International Short Film Festival in 2016.
Alphabet, running for six minutes, is about a group of people in a state of oblivion and ignorance. It portrays a nation that has forgotten the basic values of life. They cannot see, hear or speak.
