TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) – Iranian documentarian Hassan Naqashi has been selected for the jury of the 2nd Slemani International Film Festival, which will be held in the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah from October 1 to 7.
Other members of the panel are Japanese director Takayuki Yoshida, Kyrgyz film critic Gulbara Tolomushova, New Zealander actress Rachel and Syrian screenwriter Said Mahmoud.
Naqashi’s credits include “Persian Tree”, “Mashya and Mashyana”, “Ardeshir’s Legacy” and “Mehra”, which are mostly on Iranian culture and myths.
