“Pink” by Mahbubeh Mohammadzaki will compete in the animation category and “Retouch” by Kaveh Mazaheri will be screened in the short film section of the festival, which will be held from September 19 to 24.
“Pink” depicts the daily routine of a woman with breast cancer.
“Retouch” tells the story a young woman whose husband is trapped under a barbell during a workout, but she declines to save him and, consequently, he dies.
